Xbox outlines PC gaming plans for E3, Windows 10

Microsoft's Head of Xbox, Phil Spencer, has laid down his intention to discuss overlaps between Windows 10 and Xbox during a June 16 session on the eve of the Electronic Entertainment Expo. Microsoft is making a sustained effort to make its Xbox brand cross-platform, with game fans and industry commentators speculating over how much interoperability there will be between consoles, tablets, PCs and phones that run variants of the upcoming Windows 10 operating system.
