Windows Phone's latest update finally makes the OS feel whole

Android, iOS, Windows Phone. Each of these mobile platforms had to start somewhere, and it's never anywhere close to perfect on the first try. Tenaciously, each OS gets better with each new iteration until, at some point, it just all clicks together.
