New social network for law enforcement to launch

Bill Bratton, the former head of the New York and Los Angeles police departments, is in the final stages of launching BlueLine, a social media network exclusively for the men and women in blue, a la Facebook, with "likes" and sharing. The goal of the network is for law enforcement agencies to safely share information on cases as well as the latest trends in crime and fighting it. The network is currently being tested by Los Angeles-area agencies and is scheduled nationwide this fall.
