Gamescom: Rubin reiterates 'Call of Duty' Xbox pact

Enhanced multiplayer, first access to downloadable content and a new bundle are all part of the deal between "Call of Duty" publisher Activision and Xbox One manufacturer Microsoft, said Executive Producer Mark Rubin.
