Rockstar is cool with GTA 5 PC mods, and it's bringing video editing to PS4 and Xbox One

Rockstar isn't against single-player PC mods, and recent game updates that broke mods did so "unintentionally," according to a post today on developer Rockstar Games' official site. You can also watch Polygon play with the Rockstar Editor in the video below.
