Skype finally fixes notifications

Skype! Remember Skype? Today Skype gets slightly less weird. Skype's rolling out what it's calling "active endpoint," which basically means it's smart enough to know that while you're actively using Skype on your phone, you don't need notifications on your tablet and laptop.
