Outlook.com updated with improved mail filtering and in-line replies

Microsoft is updating Outlook.com this week with some improvements aimed at simplifying its web mail service. Microsoft is claiming its new rules are “the most sophisticated rules in webmail,” and they’re fairly granular settings that allow you to set conditions like time constraints or whether the sender is a contact you know. Alongside the rules and UI changes, Microsoft is also adding an undo button that works just like its Word or Excel apps. A final change will also see some improvements to the messaging part of Outlook.com.
