Arrayent Software Runs Smart Devices for Entire Home

A company called Arrayent embraces a novel cloud-based interface that runs everything from smart smoke detectors to smart refrigerators. Arrayent will debut its Cloud Connect Platform, which controls a variety of so-called smart devices, at CES 2014 in Las Vegas next week. The company does not manufacture any of these products directly, but rather provides the software and cloud services for them.
