Apple hires Burberry CEO to lead Apple retail operations

Apple has announced it's hiring Angela Ahrendts, currently the CEO of Burberry to lead the Apple retail and online stores' "strategic direction, expansion, and operation." The executive position has been created especially for Ahrendts — no one is moving in our out of Apple's executive team — who will join Apple in Spring 2014, giving Burberry ample time to adjust to her departure.
