TORONTO (Reuters) - Canada's main stock index turned positive on Monday, after opening lower, as declines in mining shares were offset by a jump in BlackBerry after U.S. carriers said they would soon begin selling its long-delayed Z10 device. The Toronto Stock Exchange's S&P/TSX composite index was up 2.34 points, or 0.02 percent, at 12,837.95. (Reporting by John Tilak; Editing by Jeffrey Hodgson)
