FCC approves T-Mobile-MetroPCS deal

NEW YORK (AP) — The Federal Communications Commission on Tuesday approved the merger of T-Mobile USA and MetroPCS Communications Inc., the No. 4 and No. 5 cellphone carriers in the country.
