U.S. judge approves HP shareholder deal over Autonomy acquisition

SAN FRANCISCO (Reuters) - A U.S. judge on Friday granted preliminary approval to Hewlett-Packard Co's settlement of shareholder litigation involving the information technology company's botched acquisition of Autonomy Plc.
