Will Apple's iWatch actually be called iWatch?

Interface designer Todd Hamilton released an iWatch mock-up in January 2014, showing the world what an Apple watch-wristband combo might look like. We're already used to the concept of smartwatches. Is that one reason why Apple will not call its rumored new gadget a watch?>
